The Precision Parts Division can produce sub-assemblies that local manufacturers need to achieve their goals.

One advantage of using CMN is that we can coordinate the production of individual parts at some factories and make the sub-assemblies in other factories. This allows us to optimize production to skill sets, keep costs low while maintaining high quality and protect Intellectual Property, if a concern, by having no one factory in Greater China with all the pieces of the puzzle.

The Source Globally VaultTM and Case Management System are two tools that our team uses to verify the correct production and materials specifications are available for production and to manage changes in requirements. They are particularly valuable for accounts where CMN is producing sub-assemblies.

Our network is made up of companies with extensive experience, knowledge of quality systems and most have factories qualified by large US manufacturers.

If a customer has not had prior experience outsourcing, our team will help with the development of processes and procedure to make the project a success.
